***Candidate that has built automation suite using Selenium (JAVA) and QA automation tools is required. Hands on development experience is also a requirement. If candidates do not have these please do not send.

***Healthcare background is a big plus

***If a candidate has Tricentis/Tosca experience they will be highly considered.

This position will move very quickly.

Position: QA Analyst

Location: Birmingham, AL onsite after Covid

Rate: 55/hr 

 QA Analyst (Tester/Automation) Primary Responsibilities:

 

• Agile Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• QA Experience (formal i.e. in a real QMO or QA environment)

• Working with formal test plans

• Tracking and reporting defects formally

• Using typical QA tools and processes

• Experience handling day to day decisions without guidance, including initiating action without prompting and work independently when required                    

• Building automation suite using Selenium (JAVA) and QA automation tools is required

• Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Java, swagger, REST APIs, Angular JS, Jenkins, UCD, React, BitBucket, QA Tools (Functional, Performance, Test Mgmt tools)

• Hands-on Coding experience

• Agile experience (Web and Mobile) is preferred

• Experience defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery

• Should be able to identify the test cases that will fit automation.

• Passion towards the role

• Ability to test applications under tight deadlines.

• Prefer performance testing and security testing knowledge

• Self-Starter

• Team Player

• Test Lead experience

Excellent communication skills

*Experience with Tricentis qTest and Tricentis Tosca.  They need to be very versatile because they will be testing 30 or more different applications.
