Automation of tests in the Mendix development environment.

• Passionately customer focused with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Extremely detail oriented team player able to manager your time in a dynamic environment with minimal direction.
• Ability to dig in and solve problems, do not stop and wait for others to remove blocks – proactively seek resolutions and reach out to others as needed.
• Always looking for ways to improve yourself, your skill set, and the team that you are a part of.
• Testing/Verification of features developed in our platform.
• Working in an Agile environment but need to produce adequate traceability documentation of testing.
• Automation of tests in the Mendix development environment.
• Work with the team to understand the end user requirements and flesh out user stories.
• Be an active member of the development team, provide input to level of effort on testing based on experience with software development and also Mendix environment as you become familiar with the ecosystem.
• Able and willing to quickly learn new technologies and master them.
• Understand the testing pyramid and can articulate what tests are appropriate for specific conditions.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP backend systems (at least interfacing with them).
• Demonstrated background in architecting solutions and evangelizing design standards.
• Knowledge of and experience in Agile software development practices
